01Who we are
B&F Global Solutions B.V. is a wholesaler of fast moving consumer goods, registered in the Netherlands and based at Laan van Europa 370, 3317 DB Dordrecht.

02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. There is no account, no login and no hidden collection.
When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive your name, company name, email address, the product category you selected, your destination market, and whatever you write in the requirement field.
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you send, including your phone number in the case of WhatsApp.
When you use the assistant on our site, your questions are answered entirely within your own browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is stored.
03Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and quote for your requirement. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To supply goods and keep records of the trade. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligations as a Dutch business.
- To keep in touch about an ongoing enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
04Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We store a single item in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not appear on every visit. It contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent before any such cookies are set.
05Services we rely on
Some parts of this site are provided by third parties. When you use those parts, your data reaches them as well.

06How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to trade: up to two years, then deleted.
- Customer and transaction records: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
- Email and WhatsApp correspondence: kept while the business relationship is live, then reviewed.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can also object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interest.
Email info@bfglobalsolutions.nl and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
08Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries reach us through our form provider and are held in business email accounts protected by access controls. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold, which is business contact details rather than anything special category.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
